Our team has resolved the errors seen in webmail. The issue was caused by an unresponsive webmail contact database. Any "Recent Contacts" created during this time will not have been saved. Existing webmail contacts were not impacted.
This incident is now resolved.

[Resolved] Webmail Exception Errors

We are investigating the following error received when logging into webmail or sending a new message from within webmail for our Hosted Email environment: "Exception: (0) wm_DB open failed."
Affected users can dismiss this error to log into webmail successfully. If encountered when sending a message, the message will be sent successfully, but the recipient's email address will not be saved to "Recent Contacts" contact list.
During this time, users will also be unable to create new contacts within Webmail.
Mail delivery is not impacted.
