[Resolved] AutoDiscover- Hosted Exchange

Our engineering team has re-balanced autodiscover traffic to our data centers. These changes have fully restored connectivity to email clients. Any users who previously experienced intermittent connectivity may need to re-enter their usernames and passwords.

Mail delivery was not impacted.

We are investigating an issue that is affecting our Hosted Exchange environment. We are currently experiencing degraded performance for the Autodiscover service. Users may experience the inability to connect or set up their mail clients which utilize Autodiscover. Mail delivery is not impacted and we recommend to utilize Outlook Web Access during this time.
