We have addressed reports of users on Exchange 2007 who are unable to access their mail through Outlook. Affected users were able to log into OWA and Activesync devices, but are unable to log into Outlook and were prompted for passwords. Our Exchange team was able to make a configuration change to our Exchange environment that corrected this issue.
Mail Delivery was not impacted during this time.
