[Resolved] Changes Not Processing - Hosted Exchange

This incident is now resolved. Changes made to Hosted Exchange services from within the Administrative Control Panel should now provision within the expected timeframe. Mail delivery was not impacted during this time.

Due to the disruption this morning with our Administrative Control Panel, Admins will notice that changes applied to Exchange mailboxes will not be processed immediately. This would include - Password Changes, New Mailbox Creation, Edits to Distribution Lists, and anything related to mailbox management. Resubmitting these changes should allow them to be processed (please allow up to 30 minutes for these requests to be processed as there is currently a queue).
