Our engineering team was able to identify the underlying cause and make a configuration change to resolve this issue. Tests have returned positive results and connectivity has been restored to normal.

We are aware of an issue affecting users in our hosted email environment.
Affected users will experience a lack of connectivity when attempting to access hosted email via email clients, such as Microsoft Outlook, and mobile devices.
This does not affect mail delivery.
