[Resolved] Hosted Email- Password Prompts

Our engineering team has implemented a change to address the password prompts when accessing our hosted email platform via mail clients such as outlook. We recommend for users to restart the mail client.

Mail delivery was not affected during this time. The incident is now closed.

We are aware of an issue that is affecting our Hosted Email environment. Users are experiencing password prompts when connecting through mail clients such as outlook. We recommend to utilize webmail as a work around. More details will be posted as they become available.
