[Resolved] POP/IMAP Connectivity Issues
11:06 AM EDT
Our engineering team identified an issue affecting internal routing that was causing issues when accessing our Hosted Email platform via Mail Clients such as Outlook. That issue has been rectified and all connectivity to Mail Clients has been restored. We recommend for users to restart the Mail Client.

Mail delivery was not affected during this time. The incident is now closed.
10:38 AM EDT
We are currently seeing connectivity issues within our Hosted Email platform.

Affected users may see intermittent connectivity and recurring password prompts when connecting via Mail Clients such as Outlook. As a workaround users are encouraged to access their accounts via Webmail.

Mail delivery will not be affected.

[Resolved] Investigating Secured POP/IMAP Access
08:43 AM EDT
Our engineering team identified an issue a server responsible for handling email client connections. The server has been pulled from rotation successfully restoring POP/IMAP connections. No inbound or outbound email was lost as part of this disruption.
07:35 AM EDT
We are continuing to investigate this matter.
05:52 AM EDT
We have received isolated reports of latency/connectivity issues using secured POP and IMAP email clients. Please use standard (non-SSL) server settings on your email client application or access your mailbox using webmail in the interim as our investigation progresses.

Mail delivery is not impacted.
