Email Hosting Issues

Resolved - The incident is now resolved.

We will be performing an emergecy maintenance on our Hosted Email Platform.

The maintenance window will last for approximately 1 hour.

During this time, users will not be able to send attachments or add attachments to new or reply emails within our Webmail Environment. Users will receive the error:

"An error occurred while attaching your file. Please try again shortly."

This maintenance will not impact messages with attachments that are in the users' inbox, sent folder, trash folder, or any user created folders. Users will be able to download attachments from messages.

We advise utilizing a mail client such as Outlook to send attachments during this time

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We have identified the issue and actively working towards a resolution. Next update will be available in one hour.

We are investigating an issue that is affecting our Hosted Email environment via webmail. Users will receive the error

"An error occurred while attaching your file. Please try again shortly."
