[Resolved] Email Delays When Sending

Resolved - The incident is now closed and mail delivery is operating as normal.

We are aware of an issue that is impacting users when attemtping to send emails. Some users may experience the following:

-Errors connecting to our Hosted Email SMTP server such as timeouts or connection errors within email clients.

-When sending from Webmail or Outlook Web App, users will see their messages are delayed but no errors.

Incoming mail is not impacted and delayed messages will be resent once the issue is corrected.

Engineers are engaged to resolve the issue.

We are aware of users on our Hosted Mail platform experiencing intermittent sending problems. Users will experience the following:

-Errors connecting to our Hosted Email SMTP server such as timeouts or connection errors.
-When sending from Webmail or Outlook Web App, users will see their messages are delayed but no errors.

Incoming mail is not impacted and delayed messages will be resent once the issue is corrected.
