[Resolved] Exchange 2016 Outlook Connectivity

Resolved - The incident is now closed. Mail delivery was not impacted.

We are aware of connectivity issues affecting users on our Hosted Exchange 2016. Users are unable to connect using Outlook, Windows computers only. Engineers are actively investigating. We advise users to utilize Outlook Web Application (OWA) as a workaround in the mean time.
