Support Team Update

This month, we are implementing a change within our support operations whereby our Support Technicians will specialize on our various email platforms. What this means for you is that when calling in for support, rather than being directed to a support generalist with high-level knowledge on multiple platforms, you will be directed to a specialist who will have deep expertise on your email platform.

We are aware of an issue that may be delaying incoming traffic to our Hosted Email environment. Messages that are delayed will still be delivered and our engineers have been engaged.
