[Resolved] Hosted Email Webmail Settings Not Loading

Resolved - Webmail Settings are now accessible within the webmail portal. The incident is now closed.

Mail Delivery was not impacted.

We've received reports of some users of our Hosted Email service unable to access the settings portion of Webmail. This includes accessing the Incoming Email and Spam Settings section.

Users are experiencing Webmail freezing and eventually fail with the error:
There was an error processing your request. Please try again shortly.

Resolved - The incident is now closed. Mail delivery was not impacted.

We have seen an improvement in connectivity and the vast majority of impacted users should no longer be experiencing intermittent password prompts. We are still monitoring the connections and are working towards full resolution.

We are investigating an issue that is impacting access to our Hosted Email environment for a small subset of users. Affected users may experience continuous password prompts in their mail-clients. Affected users are encouraged to use Webmail in the interim.
