Today's Issues

We have resolved the issue affecting delayed message delivery related to this disruption. Message delivery times have returned to normal.

We have resolved the issue preventing sending email from the group of affected mailboxes. Some affected users will still experience delays of inbound messages until the queued cache of messages have been delivered.

We are investigating reports of error messages received within our hosted webmail environment. A small subset of users will be met with an error message when attempting to send messages: "An error occurred while sending your message. Please try again shortly". The affected group of users may also notice a delay in receiving messages intended for their mailbox. We will provide more updates as they become available.
