Resolved - The incident is now closed and Webmail connectivity is operating as normal.

Monitoring - We are in the final stages of remediation for this incident. A solution has been put in place and users are beginning to successfully connect to webmail. Additional updates will be posted as they are available.

Identified - We are actively working towards a resolution. More updates will be posted as they become available.

Update - Affected users whom utilize Webmail for Hosted Email will experience issues logging in, accessing areas inside of webmail, as well as issues downloading attachments.

We recommend users access their email via a mail client such as Outlook as a workaround.

Email delivery is not being impacted at this time.
