Monitoring - A solution has been put in place and users are beginning to successfully attach files in their Webmail client. Additional updates will be posted as they are available.

We are aware of an issue that is affecting our Webmail environment. Affected users may be unable to attach files when composing emails. Users may receive the following error:
"There was an error processing your request. Please try again shortly. Error Code: undefined"
We recommend users access their email via a mail client such as Outlook as a workaround.
Engineers are engaged and working toward a resolution. Mail delivery is not impacted.
