Our team is aware of a delay in the creation/modification of email addresses on our Hosted Email Environment. This delay has been seen to impact mail delivery.
Users will see the following error when sending from newly created email addresses:
550 5.1.0 <user@example.org>: Sender address rejected: User unknown in relay recipient table
When sending to these newly created email addresses, senders will see:
550 5.1.1 <{user@example.org}>: Email address could not be found, or was misspelled
We are actively working towards a resolution. More updates will be posted as they become available.
