[Resolved] Hosted Email Service Degradation

Resolved - The incident is now closed and Hosted Email connectivity is operating as normal. Mail delivery was not impacted.

Monitoring - A solution has been put in place and users are beginning to successfully connect to their mailboxes using Webmail. Additional updates will be posted as they are available.
