Resolved - The Incident is now closed and the hosted email system is operating as normal.

Monitoring - A solution has been put in place and more details will be posted as they become available.

We are investigating an issue that is affecting our Hosted Email Webmail environment. More details will be posted as they become available. Affected Users will experience delays in downloading attachments. In addition, when trying to log into webmail May experience delays or the following error "webmail site may have been misconfigured, please try again" when logging in.
