Monitoring - A solution has been put in place and mail clients are beginning to reconnect.

Identified - Affected users may experience password prompts when attempting to utilize mail clients such as Outlook.

We recommend users to access their email via Outlook Web Access (OWA) or mobile device until the incident has been resolved.

Email delivery is not impacted at this time.
