Resolved - Mail client connectivity to our Hosted Exchange 2013 environment has returned to normal.

Identified - We are actively working towards a resolution. More updates will be posted as they become available

Affected users whom utilize mail clients such as Outlook may experience intermittent connectivity. Users may receive errors stating "Trying to connect" or continuous password prompts.

We recommend users access their email via Outlook Web Access(OWA) until the incident has been resolved.

Email delivery is not impacted at this time.
