Monitoring - Our Engineers have identified the issue. A fix has been applied and normal service has been restored for the vast majority of impacted users.

Our team will continue to monitor the situation to bring around a full resolution.

At this time, Hosted Exchange 2010 users may notice Password Prompts when accessing their Mailbox through a mail Client. Users may also be unable to access their mailbox using the Outlook Web App. Our Engineers are continuing to investigate.

We will provide updates as we gather more information.
