Resolved - The Incident is now closed and the hosted email system is operating as normal.

Monitoring - We are in the final stages of remediation for this incident. A solution has been put in place and we have reports of some users being able to update their webmail settings without errors.

Additional updates will be posted as they are available

Identified - We are actively working towards a resolution. A workaround has been identified for users who are receiving errors when trying to update any settings in webmail. If your user is still experiencing errors please have the user log out of their mailbox from webmail and log back in and check if those changes have been saved.

Update- Affected users may experience general slowness or errors within certain sections of their Webmail Settings.

An example of these error messages is: "An error occurred while saving your auto-reply settings"
