At this time the root cause has been identified and remedied. A small sub-set of customers remain impacted and our Engineering team is working towards full resolution. 
We encourage customers to contact our support team via phone or chat if their Hosted Email users are experiencing the following: 
-User cannot access webmail (online platform)
