The issue has been resolved.

We are aware of an issue currently affecting mailbox access through Webmail. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore normal access as quickly as possible.

Email delivery is not impacted. Users can continue to send and receive email through configured desktop and mobile email applications, which remain fully operational.

We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
